Sambal Goreng Jamur Tiram
oyster mushrooms in spicy creamy sauce

500 gr oyster mushrooms
300 ml of coconut milk
2 red lomboks
2 salam leaves
2 jeruk purut leaves
4 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 tbsp oil

2 red lomboks
2 shallots
2 carrots of garlic
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tbsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the oyster mushrooms into strips. Deseed the chilies and cut into thin rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the jeruk purut and the laos for 3 minutes. Then add the coconut milk, the lomboks and the oyster mushrooms and bring to the boil.
Cook it gently until tender and until the sauce thickens. Serve.
