Tumis Sayur Bumbu Taoco

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100g cauliflower
2 carrots
150g bean sprouts
4 cloves garlic
4 shallots
3 red rawits
4 tablespoons tauco
150 ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1/3 tsp pepper
2 spring onions
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
preparation;
Cut the cauliflower into small florets, carrots into diagonal slices and spring onions into pieces. Cut the garlic, the rawits and the shallots into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots, rawits and tauco for 3 minutes. Add the cauliflower, carrots and bean sprouts and fry until soft. Then add the water, the salt, the pepper and palm sugar and cook until done. Spoon in the spring onions and serve.
