Tumis Sayur Bumbu Terasi
fried vegetables in creamy sauce

100 gr of cabbage
100 gr bean sprouts
100 gr carrot
100 gr green beans
2 salam leaves
1 tomato
200 ml of coconut milk
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tbsp asam water
1 tbsp oil

2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
1/4 tsp terasi / trasi

Cara membuat:
Cut the cabbage finely, the beans into small pieces, the carrot julienne and the tomato into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam for 4 minutes. Then add the tomato and fry until soft. Then add the cabbage, the bean sprouts, the beans and the carrot and fry until soft. Then add the coconut milk, the salt, the palmsugar and the asam water and cook until done.
