Tumis Sayur Aneka Jamur
spicy stir-fried mushrooms

100g carrots
100g kailan / gailan
50 g shrimp
100g champignons
4 shitake
2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
350 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp cornstarch 2 tsp water +
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the carrots and the kailan in pieces, the shallots into thin slices, the mushrooms into quarters and chop the garlic.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Then add the carrots and kailan and fry gently. Add the mushrooms and fry gently. Then add the pepper, salt, palm sugar and the fish sauce and mix well. Add the stock and it slowly simmer until nearly done. Add the dissolved cornstarch and let the sauce thickens.
