Tumis Oyong Telur
oyong stir-fry with egg

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2 oyong (wing cucumber / Chinese okra)
3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the oyong and cut it into pieces. Beat the eggs and chop the garlic. Heat in a pan 1 tablespoon oil and scramble the eggs. Scoop the egg out of the pan and set aside. Add the remaining oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the oyong together with the salt and pepper and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the water and the scrambled egg, cover the pan and let it cook slowly for 5 minutes.
