Tempe Jamur Tiram
spicy fried tempe with oyster mushrooms

300 gr tempe
75g oyster mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
2 kemiri / candlenuts
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
4 cloves garlic
5 shallots
3 red chilies
2 green chilies
1 green tomato
Cara membuat:
Cut the tempeh into cubes and mushrooms into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a coarse paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the tempe and the mushrooms and fry gently until soft. Then add the salt, pepper, the palmsugar and water and mix well. Let it simmer gently for a few minutes until all the spices are blended in.
