fried chicken in sweet and sour sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350g chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
50g cornflour
oil
 
Bahan pencelup:
ingredients batter:
2 eggs
50g cornflour
 
Bahan-bahan sauce:
Sauce ingredients:
100g pineapple
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
2 red chilies
4 tablespoons tomato sauce / ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
300 ml of water
2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons butter
 
Cara membuat:
Chop the garlic finely, cut the pineapple into small cubes, deseed the chilies and cut into thin rings and the onion into thin slices. Cut the meat into small pieces.
Mix the meat with salt, pepper and cornstarch. Beat the eggs. Roll the coated meat through the egg and then the cornstarch. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown and done.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, onion and chilies for 2 minutes. Add the pineapple and cook 2 minutes. Then add the sauce tomat, the salt and pepper and mix well. Add the water and bring to a boil. Then add the dissolved cornstarch followed by the vinegar and cook untill the sauce has thickened. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve.
