Oseng Tahu Tempe Kecap
tahu and tempe in a kecap sauce

150 g tahu/tofu
150 gr tempeh
3 red lomboks
3 green lomboks
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 salam leaves
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
25 ml boiling water
salted water

Cara membuat:
Cut the tahu and tempe into cubes and place in the salted water for 5 minutes and then drain. Cut the garlic, shallots and lomboks into thin slices.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the tofu and tempe until they change color and set aside. Add the shallots, garlic, lengkuas, salam and lomboks and fry for 5 minutes.
Then add the oyster sauce, the kecap, the pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the boiling water and stir until homogeneous. Then add the tahu and tempe and fry it while stirring until done. Serve.
