Sate ayam madura
chicken satay grilled in spicy peanut sauce

4 chicken thighs fillets
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp oil
Bahan sambal kacang:
peanut sauce ingredients:
200g peanuts with skin
5 red rawits
4 kemiri nuts
2 red chilies
3 tablespoons palm sugar
1 tsp salt
500 ml of hot water
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the sauce into a paste. Heat in a pan the water and add the pasta and cook it gently into a sauce. Use 150g of sauce and mix it with the meat, kecap and oil. Thread the meat on the skewers. Roast the meat over a charcoal fire half-cooked and sprinkle then do with the sauce. Roast the meat until done and serve with the sauce.
