Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150g snow peas
5 fish balls (bakso ikan)
1 carrot
50g sweetcorn
25 grams tuberose (Sedap malam)
1 tomato
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
150 ml water
1 spring onion
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:

Cut the carrot into diagonal slices, the fish balls into pieces, the tomato into cubes, the spring onion into pieces, the onion into strips and chop the garlic finely.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the bakso, the carrot and fry gently. Then add the snow peas, corn, tomato, the tuberose and mix well. Then ass the fish sauce, kecap, pepper, the salt and palm sugar followed by the water and cook everything slowly until done. Stir in the springonion and serve.
