stir-fry of kangkung with kecap
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 bunch of kangkung
2 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2-3 tbsp kecap manis
50 ml of hot water
2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes.
Then add the kangkung and fry it until soft. Add the water, the kecap, the pepper, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well and fry until done.
Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
