Cah Labu Melinjo
stewed spicy chayote
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr labu siam / chayote
25 gr of red melinjo peels
100 gr shrimps, peeled
4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
3 green lomboks
4 red rawits
2 cm laos
2 salam leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
150 ml of water
2 tablespoons of oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation;
Cut the labu julienne, the garlic and the shallots finely, the lomboks into rings, the rawits into strips and the melinjo into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, the shallots, the lomboks, the rawits, the laos and the salam for 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and fry for 1 minute. Then add the labu and the melinjo and fry until soft. Then add salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and stir until everything is cooked.
