Bahan-bahan:

200g nangka (jackfruit)
5 pieces kacang pangjang (snakebeans)
50 g bean sprouts
4 peteh beans
50g snakebeans leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 red chilies
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
1/4 teehl salt
1 cm kencur
2 jeruk purut
150g coconut

Cut the nagka, the garter and the leaves into pieces and cook. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Steam it for 30 minutes. Mix it with the vegetables and serve.
