Sayur kembang tahu segar
vegetable soup with cauliflower and tofu

1750 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
3 jeruk purut
2 stalks lemongrass
1 cauliflower
2 carrots
1 tahu
100g green beans
10 bakso ikan (see recipe)
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
3 sprigs of cilantro / ketumbar
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
4 cloves garlic
2 dried red chilies
2 tbsp ebi
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the beans into pieces and the cauliflower into florets, carrots into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the tofu into cubes and bakso into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the broth, the jeruk purut and lemongrass and cook it for 3 minutes. Add the cauliflower and carrots and cook it medium well. Add the tahu and bakso, then the pepper, salt and palmsugar and cook until tender. Scoop through the coriander and lime juice and serve.
