Tumis pokcoy wijen
fried paksoy with sesame and bean sprouts

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200g paksoy
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
50 gr bean sprouts
1 spring onion
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tbsp oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the paksoy into pieces and chop the garlic fin and slice the spring onion into small pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the paksoy and fry them gently. Add the oyster sauce, salt, pepper and palm sugar. Then add the water and the bean sprouts and cook until tender. Then spoon in the spring onion, sesame seeds and oil and serve.
