Kangkung Belacan
stir-fry of kangkung with egg

4 bunches of kangkung
8 quaill eggs, cooked
2 red lomboks
1 tomato
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
50 ml water
1 tbsp oil

2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks
1 tsp trasi / belacan

Cara Membuat:
Cut the kangkung into pieces, the lomboks into slanting slices and the tomato in pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks and tomato and fry it soft. Then add the kangkung and the eggs and mix well. Then add the salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Pour in the water and cook slowly until done.
