spicy stir-fry of kangkung with kemiri
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients
350 gr kangkung
3 jeruk purut leaves
75 gr of shrimps, peeled
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
50 ml of water
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 kemiri/candlenuts
2 red lomboks
7 red rawits
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the prawns and fry for 1 minute. Then add the kangkung and fry it half done/cooked. Then add the jeruk purut, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and bring to the boil. Serve.
