sambal Bogor - a spicy sambal

sambal Bogor
a spicy sambal

4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
9 red lomboks
1 tomato
1 tsp trasi bakar
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
5 tbsp oil
2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
1 lime (juice)

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for sambal, except the kecap, the oil and the lime juice into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 5 minutes. Mix in the kecap and lime juice and serve.
