sambal boet

11 red lomboks
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp asem
5 roasted kemiries (candlenuts)
1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
3 tsp gula jawa (palmsugar)
1/2 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 tsp laos (galangal)
pinch kencur (bitterroot)
salt to taste

Cara membuat:
Deseed the lomboks and cut fine. Chop the garlic fine. Pound or grind the asem with the kemiri, the trasi, the garlic, the ketumbar, the kencur, the salt, the laos and half the palm sugar into a paste. Add the lomboks and grind of pound it fine too. Mix the rest of the palm sugar and pound or grind it fine too.
