Sambal Buncis

250 gr green beans/long/snake beans
5 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
1 red lombok
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Finely chop the beans. Cut the garlic and shallots into thin slices. Finely chop the lombok.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beans for 2 minutes. Then add the garlic and fry for 1 minute. Then add the lombok and the salt and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Then mix in the shallots and serve.
