bumbu:
5 green chilies
25 green rawits
7 shallots
2 kemiri/candlenuts
2cm jahe
2cm kunyit
2 cm laos
1 lemongrass
1/2 tsp ketumbar
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Add the broth and salt and cook until tender and creamy.
