Sambel Udang
shrimp sambal/relish
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr large shrimps
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp oil
125 ml coconut milk
sugar to taste
salt to taste
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 tbsp base be pasih
Taburan:
garnish:
bawang goreng (fried shallots)
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Mix the shrimp with the lime juice, the peper, the salt and the bumbu. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shrimps for 2 minutes. then add the coconut milk and let in simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Mix in the sugar and garnish with the bawang goreng
