Sambal ikan asap
sambal of smoked fish and anchovies

75g anchovies, fried
100g smoked fish (eg. Mackerel)
12 red chilies
8 red rawits
1 tomato
2 salam leaves
2 cm or 1 tsp laos
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
6 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Pick the fish apart. Steam the chilies, the rawits and tomato cooked and grind into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and galangal for 2 minutes. Add the smoked fish, anchovies, salt and palm sugar and cook until tender.
