Sambal Goreng
Fried basic sambal


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
7 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
2 cm laos(galangal)
½ tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
2 salam leaves
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 tbsp asemwater
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Preperation/method:
Slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Slice the lomboks in diagonal thin strips. Pound or grind the laosfine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the trasi, the laosand the lomboks for 3 minutes. Add the salam, the jerik purut and the asemwater and fry it for 2 minutes.
