Javanese fried thin noodles with chicken and shrimp

250 gr thin noodles
300 gr chicken breast
8 shrimp with tail
4 cloves garlic
1 leek
2 shallots
1 tsp trasi bakar (roasted shrimp paste)
half a cabbage
1 lombok (red pepper) chopped
2 cm jahe (ginger)
1 tbsp paprika powder

Cara membuat:
Cook the noodles for 2 minutes until done . Cut the chicken into strips. Chop the shallots, the lombok and the garlic. Cut the cleaned leeks into thin rings. Grind the jahe fine. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the shallots, the garlic, the shrimp paste and leek for about 2 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry that light brown. Add the jahe, the lombok and sliced ​​cabbage and stir-fry the whole thing for about 3 minutes. Toss the noodles with the chicken mixture. Then scoop the prawns. Sprinkle the noodles with paprika and fry it until hot and cooked.
