Nasi Goreng Bahari

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
750 gr cooked rice
250 gr shrimps, peeled
3 crabs, meat only
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin
5 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red lomboks
7 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Taburan:
garnish:
1 tbsp bawang goreng
cucumber slices
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Add the shrimps and fry these until they turn red. Add the crabmeat and stir. Add the rice and the kecaps and fry it until well mixed and heated. Garnish it with the bawang goreng and the cucumber and serve.
