375 gr noodles
1/2 chicken
4 chicken livers
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 cm jahe (ginger)
2 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
1 tsp gula jawa (palm sugar)
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 leeks
150 g snow peas
4 stalks celery
1/2 green cabbage or cabbage
2 tbsp kecap (soy sauce)
500 ml water

bawang goreng
finely chopped lombok

Cara membuat:
Boil the noodles cooked first. Cook the chicken liver in water and keep the broth. Cut the meat small. Slice the shallots and garlic. Pound the jahe finely and mix it further with the shrimp paste, the garlic and shallots. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 3 minutes. add the salt, pepper and gula jawa. Then add the meat along with the broth. Then cut all the vegetables finely and mix it into the mixture and cook until tender. Add the noodles and soy sauce and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle it with bawang goreng and finely sliced ​​pepper and serve.
