Nasi Goreng Canton (Nusantara)
Fried rice with bacon/smoked meat


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
600g white rice
4 slices smoked meat (beef)
10 fish balls
200g shrimp, peeled
100g peas
2 spring onions
4 tbsp butter

Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 cloves garlic
2 cm jahe
4 tbsp kecap asin
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
Preparation:
Cut the bacon/meat into strips. Cut the fish balls into thin slices. Chop the spring onion into pieces. Finely chop the garlic and jahe.
Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic and jahe for 3 minutes. Then add the spring onion and cook, stirring, until soft. Then add the shrimp and fish balls and fry until they change color. Then add the peas and bacon and mix well.
Finally, add the rice, kecap, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, until cooked through. Serve the nasi goreng with the omelet strips.
