Nasi Goreng Bumbu pepes
fried rice with chicken livers and stomachs

300 gr chicken livers and stomachs, cooked
1 sereh/lemongrass
10 peteh beans
600 gr white rice, cooked
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
2 cm kunyit
2 kemiri/candle nuts
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the meat into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with lemon grass for 3 minutes. Add the peteh and the meat and fry for 1 minute. Add the rice, salt, pepper and palm sugar and cook until tender.
