Nasi goreng daun jeruk
fried rice with chicken and jeruk purut

300 gr chicken breast, braised
11 jeruk purut leaves
2 eggs
4 green rawits
600 gr white rice, cooked
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp oil
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 green chilies
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the meat into small pieces and rawits into strips. Remove the vain of the jeruk purut and slice it thinly.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Shelf it on the side and add the eggs and stir it untill scrambled. Add the rice, fish sauce, pepper and salt and fry until tender. Add the meat and the jeruk purut and fry it for 1 minute.
