Mi Goreng Udang Bakso
fried noodle with shrimps and fish balls

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 g egg noodles, cooked
200 gr shrimp/prawns
5 bakso ikan / fish balls
3 cloves of garlic
3 stalk caisim / choysum, otherwise paksoy
50 gr mushrooms
100 g cabbage
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp arrack / angciu
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 spring onion
1 tsp sesame oil
50ml water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the shrimp/prawns. Cut the bakso into slices and cut the garlic into thin slices. Cut the caisim into pieces and the cabbage into thin strips. Cut the spring onion into 1cm pieces. Halve the mushrooms.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic briefly. Then add the shrimp/prawns and the bakso and fry while stirring until the shrimp/prawns change color.
Then add the caisim, cabbage and mushrooms and fry until it has softened. Then add the noodles, the oyster sauce, the fish sauce, the kecap, the arrack, the salt and the pepper and mix everything well. Then add the water and cook until done.
Then mix in the spring onion and sesame oil and serve.
