Mi Goreng Ulang Tahun
birthday / celebration noodles

250g noodles
2 tbsp oyster sauce
5 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
200g prawns
8 bakso sapi
100g smoked chicken
2 eggs, beaten
4 stalks baksoy
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
50 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
3 tablespoons oil
2 tbsp Bawang Goreng
Cara membuat:
Cook the noodles half cooked in water and drain. Mince the garlic. Pitted the chilies and chop finely. Clean the prawns but leave the tail. Halve the bakso meatballs and grate the chicken coarsely. Cut the baksoy into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garic and chilies for 1 minute. Then add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Add the chicken and bakso and mix together well. Add the egg, while stirring, and cook it grainy. Add the paksoy follewed by the salt, pepper, noodles, oyster sauce and broth and cook, while stirring until done. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
