Mi Goreng Tabur Abon
fried noodles with dry fried beef

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200g mi telur kering (egg noodles)
1 beaten egg
100g bean sprouts
1 spring
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1000ml beef broth (see recipe)
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 candlenuts
2 tsp ebi (dried shrimp)
 
Taburan:
beranering:
60g abon sapi (see recipe)
1 tbsp Bawang Goreng
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the broth and cook the mi in it and drain. Cut the onion into pieces. Roast the ebi dry in a skillet. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Stir in the egg and fry it loose. Add the bean sprouts and fry until soft. Spoon the mi together with pepper, salt and palm sugar and fry everything until done. Sprinkle the Bawang goreng and serve the abon sapi with it.
