Nasi Gurih Kluak

Bahan-bahan nasi:
Ingredients rice:
400 gr of rice
1 teaspoon of salt
2 pandan leaf
2 salam leaf
2 sereh / lemongrass, white part
3 cloves
4 kluwek / keluak, soaked and pureed
700 ml of coconut milk
8 banana leaf
Taburan:
garnish:
50 gr ikan teri, fried
5 sprigs of kemangi
Bahan sauce areh:
Ingredients sauce:
200 ml of coconut milk
2 pandan leaf
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the salt, the pandan, the salam, the sereh, the clove and the kluwek and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the rice and stir until it starts to thicken. Then steam the rice for 30 minutes until done. Divide the rice into 8 portions.
Take a banana leaf and put the rice portion on it. Put the mixture of the ikan teri and the kemangi on top and spoon 1 tablespoon of the sauce on top. Close the banana leaf as a package and close it on both sides with biteng. Then roast the packets over a charcoal fire until fragrant.

Mix the ikan teri with the kemnagi leaves and chop it a bit. Then divide it into 8 portions

Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the pandan and the salt and cook slowly, while stirring, until it is thick. Leave 8 tbsp.
