Nasi Betawi
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr rice
625 ml coconut milk
1/2 tbsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 lemongrass
1 salam leave
1 pandan leave
salt to taste
Taburan:
garnish:
4 tbsp serundeng (see recipe)
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Steam the rice half done. Heat in a wok the coconut milk together with the ketumbar, the lemongrass, the salam, the pandan and the salt. Add half of the rice and stir until all fluids have been absorbed. Mix it with the remaining rice and steam the rice done. Sprinkel the serundeng on top of the rice while serving
