Ingredients:
375 gr fragrant rice
90 gr glutinous rice
100 ml thick coconut milk (santen asli)
250 ml thin coconut milk (santen cair)
3 shallots, sliced
3 cm ginger, shredded
1/4 tsp ground fenugreek (klabat)
1/2 tsp salt

Preperation/Method:
Soak the rice onvernight in water. Then drain it wel and mix it with the glutinous rice. Steam the rice for 3 minutes an mix in the santen cair and steam it for 2 more minutes. Slice the shallots fine and shred the ginger. Mix the santen asli, the salt ande fenugreek and add it to the rice and steam the rice until all the santen is absorbed. Mix in the ginger and the shallots and serve.
