225g cooked goat meat
800 g cooked white rice
1 tbsp kecap manis
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 leek
5 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red lomboks
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 red rawits
1 tsp roasted shrimp paste
3 kemiri / candlenuts

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces and leek finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat, the rice, the kecap, salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix everything very well and cook until tender. Then add the leeks and cook until the leek is tender. Garnish with acar, the emping and egg and serve.
