Nasi Goreng Kambing Kebon Sirih
Fried rice with lamb from Jakarta
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 gr lamb
400 gr cooked rice
100 gr minyak samin / ghee
100 ml beef broth (see recipe)
2 cm cinnamon
1 salam leaf
2 tbsp kecap manis
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
5 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
2 red rawits
1 cm kunyit
1/4 tsp jinten
2 cloves
2 cardamom
1/2 tsp salt
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices or small cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the butter together with the bumbu, cinnamon and salam and fry it for 4 minutes. Then add the meat and mix well and fry the meat until almost done. Then add the broth and cook it slowly until the sauce thickens.
Then add the rice, salt and kecap and fry until done and the liquid has almost evaporated.
