Kering mi lado hijau
fried green noodles

200g thin noodles
50 g dried anchovies
3 jeruk purut leaves
1 kunyit leaf
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lime juice
2 tablespoons water
2 tbsp oil
9 green lomboks
9 green rawits
4 shallots
Cara membuat:
Cook the noodles in water until tender and drain. Heat in a wok / wadjan some oil and fry the noodles brown and allow it to cool.
Roast the anchovies and grind it fine. Chop the jeruk purut and kunyit fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu coarse.
Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the jeruk purut and kunyit leaves and fry for 1 minute. Then add the salt, sugar, water and the lime juice and mix well. Mix the mixture with the noodles and the fish.
