Stew of lamb
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr lamb
60 gr grated coconut
3 tbsp. oil
4 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
500 ml thick coconut milk (santen asli)
salt to taste
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 kemiri (candlenuts)
1 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp klabet (fenegriet)
6 shallots
5 cloves garlic
4 cm jahe (ginger)
3 cm kunyit (turmeric)
Cara-membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices. Roast the coconut until golden and pound or grind it finely. Roast first ketumbar in a dry pan. Pound or grind then the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu with the jerut purut for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and fry it for 4 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and the coconut with salt to taste and simmer for 40-50 minutes until the meat is tender.
