600g goat / lamb
2000 ml of water
3 cm laos
2 lemongrass
5 green tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
4 red chilies
2 red rawits
3 shallots
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1 cm kencur
1 cm jahe
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes and the tomatoes into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste, the galangal and lemon grass for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes followed by the meat. Pour the water slowly and cook the meat until done. Spoon in the salt, pepper and palm sugar and et it simmer for a minute or so and serve.
