Bistik Kambing
Lamb in sweet fragrant sauce

350 gr lamb fillet
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
5 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
500 ml water
2 tbps butter

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat and the potatoes into slices / cubes. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and the garlic and shallots into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the shallots and the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown. Add the tomatoes, pepper, nutmeg, palm sugar and salt and mix well. Then add the water, the potatoes and the kecap and let it simmer until the meat is cooked.
