Sate Kambing Kecap Pedas
satay of lamb with a spicy kecap sauce

350 gr lamb
150 gr lamb fat
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp oil
30 skewers

1 tbsp ketumbar
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
4 red rawits
1/2 tsp salt

Sambal Kecap:
5 tbsp kecap manis
4 shallots
8 green rawits

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat and fat into small cubes (2x2x1cm). Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the fat, bumbu and oil and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
Thread the meat and fat alternately onto the skewers. Then roast it over a charcoal fire until brown and done and baste it regularly with the marinade.
Serve the satay with the sambal kecap.

Sambal kecap:
Cut the rawits into thin slices and finely chop the shallots. Then mix it with the kecap.
