Sate Blotongan Salatiga
Sate of lamb from Salatiga (Java)

300 gr lamb
100 gr lamb fat
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp kecap asin
2 tbsp kecap manis
20 sate skewers

Bumbu Kacang:
Ingredients Peanut sauce:
75 gr of peanuts, fried
1 red lombok
1/4 tsp salt
1 red rawit

Acar Ketimun:
Cucumber pickle:
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 little cucumber (80 gr)
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/8 tsp salt

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat and the fat into small cubes. Put the meat alternately with the fat on the sate skewers. Mix the two kecaps with the pepper and marinate the meat with it. Roast the sate slowly over a charcoal fire until brown and done. Spin the skewers through the peanut sauce and serve with the acar ketimun.

Sauce Kacang:
Heat in a pan some water and cook the lombok and rawit until soft. Pound or grind the lombok, the rawit, the peanuts and the salt into a smooth sauce.

Acar Ketimun:
Halve the cucumber and remove the seed. Then cut the cucumber into small pieces and mix with the palm sugar, vinegar and salt.
