Sate Kambing Solo Sambal Kecap
Sate/satay of lamb from Solo with spicy kecap sauce

400 gr lamb
200 gr lamb fat
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
25 sate skewers

Bahan Sambal Kecap:
Ingredients kecap sauce:
5 tbsp kecap manis
4 shallots
10 green rawits/bird's eye

2 tbsp bawang goreng
1 spring onion

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat and fat into cubes of 2 cm and mix with the kecap, pepper, salt and oil and let it marinate for at least 60 minutes. Then put the meat alternately with the fat on the skewers. Roast the sate slowly over a charcoal fire until the meat cooked and brown.
Then sprinkle the sate with the sambal kecap and sprinkle the bawang goreng and the finely chopped spring onion on top and serve.

Sambal Kecap:
Cut the shallots and the rawits finely and mix it with the kecap.
