Daging Kambing Bakar Andaliman
spiced lamb with sambal
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr lamb/goat
2 papaya leaves
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Bahan Sambal Andaliman:
ingredients sambal:
10 red rawits
5 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe/ginger
2 tbsp andaliman pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 green tomatoes
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes and wrap it in the papaya leaf and let it rest for 60 minutes. Then rub the meat with the lime juice, salt and oil.
Heat a pan and add the meat and fry/grill it for 15 minutes until brown and done. Spoon the sambal over the meat and serve.
Sambal andaliman:
Pound or grind the rawits, shallots, garlic, jahe and tomatoes into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pasta for 5 minutes. Then add the andaliman, the salt and the palm sugar and stir until it has become a homogeneous mass. Finely chop the green tomatoes and mix into the mixture. serve.
