Daging Domba
lamb with vegetables

500 gr. lamb fillet
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg white
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. oil
3 cm jahe (ginger)
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
2 leeks
250 gr. spinach
1 bunch bok choy
175 gr peas
1 tsp. grated gula jawa (palm sugar)
75 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 tablespoon chili sauce

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into diagonal strips of 3 cm. Whisk the egg white. Cut the jahe into slices and garlic fine. Cut the leek into rings and the bok choy into 3 cm pieces.
Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and dredge the meat through the egg and sprinkle with the cornstarch. Heat in a wok 2 tbsp oil and fry the jaher, the garlic and the soy sauce briefly. Then add the meat and fry it for another 4 minutes. Remove the meat from the wok and add the oil along with the leeks and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the other vegetables and this gently fry for 3 minutes.
Mix in bowl the palm sugar, the broth and chilli and add to the vegetables along with the meat and cook until tender
