Daging Kambing Petis
lamb in a thick spicy sauce

500 gr lamb
4 jeruk purut leaves
1 tbsp rice flour
4 tbsp petis udang
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp palmsugar
1700 ml of water

7 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
5 red lomboks
3 cm kunyit
1 cm kencur
1 tsp terasi / trasi
2 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tbsp ketumbar

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the water in a pan together with the meat, the bumbu and the jeruk purut and cook the meat until tender. Then mix in the rice flour, petis, kecap and palm sugar and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
