Sate Kambing Tulung Agung
sate of lamb with kecap sauce

500 gr lamb
18 sate skewers

Bahan perendam:
Ingredient marinade:
3 tbsp kecap manis
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lime juice

Bahan Sambal Kecap:
ingredients kecap sauce:
3 red rawits
3 shallots
2 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp petis
5 tbsp kecap manis

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into small pieces. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the meat for at least 90 minutes. Then put the meat onto the skewers. Roast the meat slowly over a charcoal fire until it is cooked. Serve the kecap sauce with it.

sambal kecap:
Slice the rawits, the shallots and the jeruk purut very finely. Mix all ingredients for the sambal kecap well.
