Lamb sate from Tegal with a sambal kecap sauce

250 gr lamb / goat meat
4 tbsps kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper

Ingredients sambal kecap:
10 red rawits
6 spring onions
6 tbsp kecap manis
1 tomato
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
First roast the meat over a charcoal fire until half cooked and then cut it into small cubes of 1 cm. Mix the kecap with the pepper and stir the meat in. Put the meat onto skewers and roast the skewers slowly above a charcoal fire and sprinkle regularly with the marinade.
Sambal kecap:
Chop the rawits finely and slice the onion in pieces and tomato into small pieces. Mix the ingredients for the sambal kecap and pour it over the sate.
